In order to thoroughly implement the national decisions and arrangements on college graduate employment and to vigorously promote more sufficient and higher-quality employment for graduates, on the morning of June 11, Xinxiang Radio and Television Station, in collaboration with Yuanlei Education, visited the School of International Education at Xinxiang University and successfully held a policy briefing and special recruitment fair for central and state-owned enterprise (SOE) employment in the lobby of Building A04. This event precisely focused on students' needs for high-quality employment and invited five major central and state-owned enterprises—State Grid, CNNC, CSCEC, China Tobacco, and China Life—to gather on campus, providing an excellent employment platform for students.

The recruitment fair saw a lively and well‑ordered atmosphere. Booths of each enterprise attracted bustling crowds of students, who arrived with carefully prepared resumes and actively communicated with recruitment representatives to learn about company profiles, job responsibilities, and career prospects. In line with the distinctive features of the college's two cooperative education programs—Biotechnology and Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation—the job offerings were precisely matched. They covered power operation and maintenance, engineering technology, nuclear R&D, construction, cost estimation, design and surveying in mechanical and engineering fields, as well as general management positions such as information technology, cybersecurity, finance and accounting, human resources, general administration, legal compliance, and management trainee reserves. In addition, a selection of high-quality positions with both professional relevance and growth potential was specially curated to provide suitable employment options for students from different academic backgrounds.

Students participating in the fair expressed that this SOE-focused event featured high-caliber companies and a rich variety of positions, offering them valuable job-seeking opportunities and giving them a clearer understanding of the recruitment standards and career development pathways within central and state-owned enterprises. The successful hosting of this event reflects the School of International Education's proactive efforts to connect with quality corporate resources and broaden employment channels with a student-centered approach. By“inviting in”enterprises, the school brought premium job opportunities directly to students, achieving a precise alignment between talent cultivation and market demand.

Looking ahead, the School of International Education will continue to deepen school‑enterprise cooperation, continuously optimize employment guidance services, and steadily expand the practical pathway of integrating the“teaching chain–talent chain–industry chain,”so as to support students in achieving more sufficient, higher‑quality, and more diversified career development.
