To enhance the quality of the International Cultural Exchange Association’s activities, highlight the college’s unique characteristics, standardize student organization management, and promote the healthy development of student associations, the Youth League Committee of the International Education College hosted a symposium on student association work for the new academic year on the afternoon of September 13 in Room A04-104. Attendees included Zhou Yong (Party Committee Secretary of the International Education College), Chen Bo (Youth League Committee Secretary), and key members of the association.

First, student leaders of the International Cultural Exchange Association presented their annual work report and proposed recommendations for the association’s development. Next, Chen Bo, the association’s advisor, elaborated on the long-term significance of the association for the college and its positive role in fostering student engagement. Finally, Secretary Zhou Yong outlined four key competencies for the association’s future work: adaptability to society, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and organizational coordination skills.
