On September 20, Zhao Peng, Vice Dean of the School of International Education, along with Su Wujiang, Director of the Project Management Center, visited the School of International Education at Huanghuai University for a research and exchange session. The meeting was attended by Wang Weihua, Secretary of the Party Committee; Wang Baoyu, Dean; Kang Li, Deputy Secretary; and Wei Chunmiao, Vice Dean of Huanghuai University’s School of International Education.
Wang Baoyu warmly welcomed Zhao Peng and his delegation, providing a systematic overview of the college’s development history, current progress, faculty development, teaching management systems, and talent cultivation strategies. He highlighted the implementation details of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs and institutional operations, while conducting an in-depth analysis of international student recruitment strategies, training plans, and management systems.
Zhao Peng expressed sincere gratitude for the hospitality and highly commended Huanghuai University’s outstanding achievements in international student education management and talent cultivation. He then summarized the proactive exploration and practices of his own school in Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in recent years. He emphasized the goal of leveraging this exchange to explore deeper collaboration opportunities in international cooperation and joint educational initiatives.
During the thematic discussion session, representatives from both sides engaged in thorough discussions on key topics, including the planning and execution of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, strategies for international student recruitment and management, and the formulation and implementation of faculty exchange programs. Both parties agreed to strengthen communication and collaboration, share innovative educational philosophies, management models, and practical experiences, and jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of international cooperation and exchange between the two institutions.
