To thoroughly implement the Degree Law of the People's Republic of China, accurately grasp its legal provisions, and carry out degree-related work in accordance with the law, the International EducationSchoolorganized a thematic study session on the Degree Law. On the afternoon of December 31, theschoolarranged for all staff to gather in Room A04-104 for a specialized learning activity. Participants studied the Degree Law of the People's Republic of China article by article and engaged in discussions focusing on the legislative background, core content, significance of revisions, fundamental requirements, and basic principles of degree-related work. This thematic study session deepened the faculty’s understanding of the core provisions of the Degree Law and how to conduct degree-related work legally. It effectively enhanced theschool’s comprehension of the degree conferral system, laying a solid foundation for the university’s next steps in standardizing degree-related procedures and formulating new implementation rules for degree conferral.
