On the afternoon of March 22, 2025, theSchoolof International Education held a cooperation exchange meeting with Henan Puheng Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. in Conference Room A04-104. Attendees included Zhou Yong, Party Secretary of theschool; Li Juan, Dean; Yan Chicheng, Deputy Party Secretary; Liu Yana, Vice Dean; and Chen Nan, career guidance officer. The enterprise delegation was represented by Nie Jiaqi, Chairman of Henan Puheng Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, Party Secretary Zhou Yong systematically introduced the college’s recent breakthroughs in discipline construction, faculty strength, and talent cultivation. Chairman Nie Jiaqi elaborated on the company’s development strategy, particularly emphasizing its talent demands in emerging sectors such as biomedicine.
During the discussion session, both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics including talent development, university-enterprise collaboration, and recruitment for the 2025 graduating class. They explored new pathways for integrating industry, academia, and research, reaching preliminary consensus on cooperation models such as co-establishing internship and practice bases and implementing tailored talent training programs.
This meeting is a key component of the college’s "Visit Enterprises and Expand Job Opportunities to Promote Employment" special initiative. Moving forward, the two sides will establish regularized communication mechanisms and deepen collaboration through activities like corporate open days and career mentor programs, aiming to supply high-quality talent for regional economic development.
