Online Video Meeting of Sino-Foreign Joint Education Biotechnology Undergraduate Program held by the School of International Education

On the morning of Jun 2, the School of International Education and Bay Path University Beijing Office held a video conference on the Sino-foreign joint education of Biotechnology undergraduate education programs, attendees mainly included Zhou Yong, Dean of the School of International Education, Deputy Dean Liu Yana, Teaching Secretary Zhao Guomei, Hou Jieying from Bay Path University Beijing Office, Liu Tao and Li Chunxiao.

The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the modes of joint education program Biotechnology’s online and offline foreign courses during the epidemic, academic English teachers and video conferences for 2022 freshmen enrollment foreign course teachers. Among them, improving measures were raised against problems arising due to the pandemic out of engaging academic English teachers, overall establishment of current teacher exchanges, training, assessment and scoring systems. Zhou Yong emphasized that the improvement of teachers’ and students' office and learning environment in the School of International Education has provided a foundation for online video teaching to change the teaching form of foreign courses for students in the new semester. Through the meeting, the two sides reached a consensus and the meeting was a great success.
