In order to promote the 2022 Sino-foreign joint education undergraduate program evaluation of Biotechnology in our university, following requirements  of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education, the Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education as well as the Henan Department of Education, on the afternoon of Sep 15, the 2022 Sino-foreign joint education Biotechnology undergraduate program evaluation meeting was held in the conference hall 901 at the library. The meeting was chaired Zhou Yong, Dean of the School of International Education, and Vice President Song Wei attended and made speeches.

Focusing on the index system of Sino-foreign joint education evaluation together with the Biotechnology undergraduate education under the Sino-foreign joint education, Zhao Peng, Deputy Dean of the School of International Education, introduced the program self-evaluation plan in detail, and explained relevant work requirements, organization and implementation and task assignment. Afterwards, according to the breakdown of the tasks, the attendees conducted serious discussions on the implementation of tasks and effective promotion of the evaluation.

Song Wei pointed out that all departments concerned should confirm the responsibilities of their own, clear the division of work. The evaluation of Sino-foreign joint education involves various aspects as the construction and management of ideological and cultural fronts, teaching organization and management, enrollment and employment, teaching staff construction and management, financial auditing and teaching quality monitoring. All are required to exert the function of the university in overall planning, and complete the evaluation under the evaluation requirements with a high quality and quantity. The evaluation will help our university further improve the working mechanism of Sino-foreign joint education, and develop it with high quality. As the forefront of Sino-foreign cooperation and exchanges, it’s a must for us to fully spread Chinese culture and tell Chinese stories.
