Jun 18, 2019, Jiang Yuan, Deputy Director of the China Representative Office of the Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology, Canada, Ren Haijuan, Teaching Evaluation Specialist and more visited our university and made discussions on the Sino-Canadian cooperation programs of our university in the 2nd conference room of the Administration Building in our university. Prof Wu Zhong, Vice President of the University, Prof Zhou Yong, Dean of the School of International Education, Vice Dean Zhang Lei, Li Huaqiang, Director of the Teaching and Research Office of Foreign Programs and more attended the meeting. During the visit, Jiang Yuan discussed relevant issues with those from the Finance Office.
3:00 PM, Jiang Yuan and the delegation conducted an English proficiency test on 35 students enrolled in 2017 and 2018 in our school in A07-204 and A07-201 laboratories. The test contents include Listening, Writing, Reading and Speaking. After careful answering to questions, the students of the cooperative program completed all the questions within the given time. The Canadian side highly praised exam results of some excellent students, which stimulated the students' enthusiasm to further learn English.
