On December 22, 2016, Chen Jie, director of China Admissions Office of SIAM University, and her assistant visited our university. Professor Zhou, dean of school of international education, Dongkun Li and other related personnel attended the meeting.

First of all, Dean Zhou gave a warm welcome to Chen Jie and her delegation on behalf of Xinxiang University, and introduced the school-running status, major setup and current international cooperation and exchange of our University. Then, Director Chen Jie introduced SIAM University, which is located in Bangkok, Thailand. China International College of SIAM University offers academic education for foreign students studying in Thailand and carries out international exchange and cooperation on behalf of SIAM University. This college has set up majors such as international hotel, tourism management and educational courses for undergraduate degree and MBA. SIAM University is a renowned university in southeast Asia. In the end, Director Chen Jie was satisfied with this meeting. Despite discrepancies lying between Chinese and Thailand’s educational system, they hold the same attitude towards education and the students. On the basis of sincere cooperation, Director Chen Jie spoke highly of the current cooperation programs of School of International Education and is confident about future cooperation.
