Noon of Nov 17, in order to understand the study and life of freshmen, raise students' safety awareness and prevent campus fraud cases, Guo Bing, Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of International Education, accompanied by instructor Chen Nan paid a visit to the 2021 freshmen dorms.

Guo Bing came to dorms 609, 611, 612, 613, 614, 615, 616, 623, 624, 636, and 639 on Building D09, and cordially visited students there. Mr. Guo communicated with them from in all aspects, asking whether they have difficulties or need in study and life, answering problems concerned by students, and reminding them of precautions, especially vigilance and prevention from telecommunication fraud, follow requirements of epidemic prevention and protect themselves. Timely feed back to the instructor if finding unsafe and unstable factors, the care of the school leaders brought students deep warmth in the cold winter and the care of the School.
